Terms of Service
Last updated: May 31, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or using Tesserra services (the “Platform”), the Customer — an individual or legal representative — agrees to these Terms. Anyone acting on behalf of an Organization represents that they have authority to bind it.
2. Account and Organization
Each account belongs to an Organization. The Customer is responsible for credential confidentiality, authorized user management, and prompt notification to Tesserra of any unauthorized or suspected compromise.
3. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Billing is recurring, processed by Stripe in BRL, USD, or EUR according to the subscribed plan. Usage above the monthly token quota is billed as consumption overage. Self-serve plans may be cancelled at any time from the customer portal; access continues through the end of the paid cycle. Enterprise contracts follow negotiated commercial terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform for illegal content, spam, attacks on third parties, malware distribution, intellectual property violations, or any practice contrary to applicable law. Circumventing technical limits, Organization isolation, or security controls is prohibited.
5. Availability
Tesserra targets 99.9% monthly availability on shared infrastructure. Contractual SLA objectives apply to Enterprise plans under a specific agreement. The Health console and status page publish operational state in real time.
6. Content ownership
Content submitted by the Customer remains their property. Tesserra receives a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and deliver that content for as long as the subscription is active and as required to provide the service.
7. Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by the Tesserra Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by a contractual Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tesserra is not liable for lost profits, data loss not attributable to the Platform, or indirect damages. Total Tesserra liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the Customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email or notice in the console. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, SP, are elected as the exclusive venue, with waiver of any other, however privileged.
