Plan, tokens, and quota
The plan defines structural limits and the monthly AI token quota. Usage above the quota is billed per thousand tokens according to each plan's published rate.
Available plans
There are three self-service plans and custom Enterprise contracts. The limits below apply per Organization. Prices in BRL; equivalent USD and EUR values are on the pricing page.
Currency
Each plan has equivalent prices in BRL, USD, and EUR. Currency is chosen at checkout and fixed for the active subscription. To change it, cancel and subscribe again.
AI tokens
Tokens are the billing unit for the applied AI layer. Each interaction (chat, suggestion, assisted generation) consumes input and output tokens per industry-standard counting.
Cycle
- Quota renews on the subscription anniversary date, not on the first of the month.
- Unused tokens do not roll over to the next cycle.
- Overage covers only consumption above the quota, multiplied by the plan's per-thousand-token rate.
Stripe reporting
Overage is reported as a metered subscription item in thousands of tokens. Submission is idempotent within the current cycle window.
Structural limits
Additional per-plan limits (not usage-billed):
- number of active Projects;
- number of verified Domains;
- mailboxes and aliases;
- file storage in GB;
- team members;
- maximum replicas per resource (1 / 3 / 10 / per contract).
Plan changes
- Upgrade: applied immediately. The current invoice receives a prorated difference.
- Downgrade: applied at the start of the next cycle.
- Cancellation: by default, at cycle end. Immediate cancellation can be requested with no prorated refund.
